Vicente Martínez and Javier Álvarez attended the 5th IWA Conference on Odours and Air Emissions, jointly held with 10th Conference on Biofiltration for Air Pollution Control

The Next Air Biotreat researchers from the GI2AM group of the Universitat de València attended to the 5th IWA Conference on Odours and Air Emissions, jointly held with 10th Conference on Biofiltration for Air Pollution Control that took place in San Francisco (USA) from 4 to 7 of March of 2013. The oral communications entitled “Evaluation of the buffering effect of different activated carbons over VOCs in air as a pretreatment” and “Styrene biofiltration by an culture enriched with Pseudomonas putida” were presented by Vicente Martínez and Javier Álvarez respectively. This research has been cofounded by the Next Air Biotreat Project.
